It provides users a wide connection to an on-net private dialing plan that allows customers to access Global Crossings’ reservationless, on-demand Ready-Access audio conferencing service.

Ready-Access uses a converged IP network for both the Audio and Web features, which enables user in sharing slides and applications and recording of meetings. Pre Meeting Features
Email Invitations. Easily create and send out invitations that automatically get reflected in the calendar of the chairperson as well as the meeting participants. The system is compatible with most calendaring systems making sure that meetings are calendared.
Custom Branding. Customize your emails and meeting web pages by uploading your company logo or a custom image of the company.
Customize Registration Questions. Collect specific information of the participants that is important to your business by customizing the registration fields.

In Meeting Features
Presentation Sharing. Share PowerPoint slides and graphic files during a Ready-Access® meeting using slide caching to speed its delivery. Participants can view the slides and images with a standard web browser.
Desktop Showing. Show and share visuals, applications, web pages, files or softwares to participants in real time. Conference participants can see exactly where you are navigating and what you are doing—particularly your mouse movements and keyboard inputs.
Application Showing. Show or share any application such as Excel files, documents, websites or proprietary software.
Annotation Tools. Use the Annotation tools to “mark up” slides on your presentation to sustain the interest of the participants and to encourage them to be more engaged in the meetings.
Co-Presenters. Grant co-presenter status to participants in the conference to enable them to gain additional functionality allowing them to control some aspects of the conference. The minimum requirement for a co-presenter is a valid version of Java.
Integrated Audio Controls. Manage your audio calls online through the web conferencing interface. Conference commands include dialing-out to participants, requesting operator assistance, mute/unmute, lock/unlock conference, playing roll-call, recording, etc.
Record a Meeting. Record the proceedings of the meeting for documentation. The file can be viewed by those who were not able to attend the meeting or by any of the participants who wants to review the proceedings. The presentation can include the audio portion, and make the recording available to others to view later at their convenience.
Chat. Allow the participants and presenters to communicate to each other through the web interface. Chat is also a good way to ask questions during a conference.
Q & A. Manage Q&A sessions on your Ready-Access conference more easily with an interactive participant “hand raise” feature. This feature can best be used for quick ‘yes/no’ polling during a meeting.
Security. Assign optional security pass codes that participants can use to access a web conference or a recording. All Chairperson and participant connections to Web Meeting are SSL encrypted for security.
Thumbnail Navigation. Allows you to preview and advance through each active document during your presentation.
Post – Meeting Features
Post Meeting Survey or URL. Customize a survey page to collect feedback or additional information from the attendees after the meeting. You can also opt to direct the participants to your website or to another survey page after the meeting.
Post Meeting Emails. Send a thank you email to the participants or email supposed attendees who were not able to attend your meeting. Indicate the link to the recording or provide a copy of the presentation in the email.
Reporting. View detailed registration, campaign tracking, web, audio, chat and post-meeting survey reports.
Edit Recordings. Edit recordings to cut out unwanted portions and to make a more professional playback.
