Intercall SupportCenter
WebEx powered, SupportCenter is a technical support conferencing solution. It allows for a technical support team to diagnose and help resolve customer problems that occur during conferences. Tools are within the SupportCenter and will fix the problem in a fast and efficient way. Customers can either transfer files off-line, or can have technicians run desktops and download patches or updates to their computers.
SupportCenter allows users to:
