Headed by a dedicated event manager, Auditorium conference call is handled by operator who joins the moderators during a pre-conference session to review the call flow, sound quality gauge and gives moderators information about numbers of participants

Even before the meeting starts, while it is going on and even after the meeting, the event manager takes full responsibility for all the necessary programs and details needed. At the same time, other operators personally greet all conference call participants and take note of the personal information that the moderators may require.

The operator moves the moderator into the main conference and announces the first speaker in its appropriate time. Throughout the call, the operator is available to manage scheduled or impromptu Q&A and polling, and also respond to participant’s requests for assistance.
