PGi VisionCast Meeting
VisionCast Meeting is an ideal and affordable web conferencing solution for small-to-medium sized groups of up to 48 persons, regardless if it is an instant or a scheduled meeting. Its availability by the minute gives conference hosts greater freedom and cost flexibility.

Conference Collaborations
PGi VisionCast Meeting incorporates several Microsoft® Office Live Meeting features with that of PGI ReadyConference Plus. For existing Premier Global clients, VisionCast Meeting can be accessed for web meetings using the same conference call bridge number and password. To conduct the conference through Outlook, download the Live Meeting Outlook Add-In to add a toolbar into your existing Outlook. From your Outlook, you can conveniently schedule conferences just like any other Outlook meetings.
