Netspoke engages your attendees by letting them indicate how they feel throughout your meeting. Mood indicators show approval or disappointment, participants can show whether they would like you to speed up or slow down, or raise their hand if they have a question. Netspoke also allows users to view web cam videos, share applications, record presentations for later playback, and utilize features, such as online chat, live Q&A and attendee polling.

Once your account is set up, the ConferenceShopper.com team will issue you an ID and password to log in to your company’s Meet site, as well as an audio dial-in number and passcode to use in your Netspoke web meetings.

After logging in to Netspoke, you can:

• Join a scheduled web conference
• Schedule a one-time conference
• Modify your account settings and profile
• Create and customize a Netspoke meeting room
• Upload presentations, post-meeting surveys and files
• Send HTML invitations to invite participants to a web conference
• Enter your Netspoke conference room and begin a conference
• Download and view reports and recordings of completed meetings
• Join a public meeting hosted by another member of your Meet site

Advanced options include the following:

• The ability to specify general web conference options
• You can upload and select content you plan to use during the conference
• You can create a post-conference evaluation form you can send to attendees
• The ability to automatically send email invitations to attendees and presenters

After saving your scheduled Netspoke meeting, an email confirmation including the details to join the  web conference will be sent. In the event your email is misplaced, you can find the information by logging in to your company’s Meet site.  Once you enter your Netspoke meeting, you are free to invite additional participants, share applications, data or your entire desktop, as well as show your webcam.
